Tapestry Eléphant ornaments

The original of this jacquard wall tapestry was woven in Aubusson in the middle of the XIXth century and is on display at the Louvre. It immerses you in colonial India with this wonderfull elephant richly adorned in lush vegetation. Woven in wool, silk or both, it is lined with a plain beige cotton fabric and has an integral sleeve for hanging. It comes with the "TISSAGE D'ART DE LYS" certificate.
