This flemish wall tapestry is inspired by the "Tentures des Maisons Royales", set of 12 tapestries woven at the Gobelins towards the end of the XVIIth century for Louis the XIVth. This small extract represents a typical XVIIth century castle in an august landscape ans is woven either in wool, silk or both, it is lined with a plain beige cotton fabric and has an integral sleeve for hanging. It comes with the "TISSAGE D'ART DE LYS" certificate. (Also available without human representation-contact us)
