Tapestry horizontal Verdure aux oiseaux

The original of this jacquard wall tapestry was woven in Oudenaarde at the beginning of the XVIIIth century and is now at the Royal museum in Brussels. It is surrounded by an arabesque border and is woven either in wool, silk or both, it is lined with a plain beige cotton fabric and has an integral sleeve for hanging. It comes with the "TISSAGE D'ART DE LYS" certificate.
